IND Window Fabrications commenced operations in September 1992.

We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of facade systems to the Victorian commercial building industry.

Our objective is to build a company where our employees feel valued, are proud of their achievements, and are determined to grow our reputation.

We have delivered many notable projects while growing a loyal, dynamic and highly experienced team dedicated to the quality of our work.

After outgrowing several premises since inception, we are currently located at 3 Ramage Street, Bayswater.

We have total control of all our operations through the direct employment of eighty full time staff across all aspects of project delivery. We are particularly proud of our large in-house design and drafting team, which sets us apart from our peers.

We have strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers, and are well placed to offer competitive pricing in the supply and installation of facades across a whole range of projects.

Our manufacturing and storage facility has 6,500 square metres of undercover floor space, providing us the flexibility to mass produce and store large volumes of product in advance.

Our preferred manufacturing equipment is Elumatic, and we have two large CNC cutting and routing machines to assist in the fabrication of the most complex of projects.

Our onsite teams consist of experienced managers and installers who have worked with IND Window Fabrications for many years consistently delivering projects safely and to a high standard.
